The Minnesota Veterinary Medical Association (MVMA) holds one of the largest veterinary conventions in the Upper Midwest and is one of the top in the country. Our dedicated committees together with MVMA staff continue to bring top quality educational speakers to Minnesota and provide a social venue that draws high attendance. Corporate sponsorship is needed to afford the quality of education veterinarians need and desire and they appreciate your commitment to their profession. We are committed to giving our corporate sponsors the benefits and recognition they deserve for their generous sponsorship. Benefits your company will receive through corporate sponsorship are shown in the chart below as well as other non-tangible benefits that include:

The sponsorship opportunities available are shown with estimated sponsorship levels. Your sponsor benefits are listed in the sponsors' benefits table below and will change according to the dollar amount of your total annual sponsorship. Either a 8.5x11 portfolio-style packet or bag contains attendee materials and is given to each participant upon arrival.

Headshot Lounge: $5,000
Everyone needs a headshot, from veterinarians and technicians who want to show clients who they are, to students updating their resumes, and speakers looking to refresh their bios.

Lanyards:
Badge lanyards worn by all on-site attendees, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers to gain access to the event.

Mothers' Room: 
With women comprising most of the veterinary field, it’s vital to offer accommodations for nursing mothers to ensure they feel comfortable attending the Annual Meeting. This sponsorship shows you care about this growing segment of the profession.
