After many years of planning, meeting with constituents and legislators, and working with the Board of Veterinary Medicine, licensure of veterinary technicians is almost here. By now current CVTs in good standing with the MVMA should be well into the application process to obtain their license when licensure officially starts July 1. In this article is a reminder of available resources if technicians have questions.
