Kari Anderson is a Professor of Medical Imaging at the University of Minnesota, College of Veterinary Medicine. She joined the faculty in 1999 after completing a radiology residency at the University of Tennessee. Prior to specializing, she earned her DVM at the U of MN, completed a small animal rotating internship at NC State, and worked as an associate veterinarian in a small animal veterinary hospital in the greater Twin Cities metro area. Kari’s passion to teach radiology to students, interns and residents is a primary reason she accepted and continues a faculty position at the CVM. She is currently developing the interactive Veterinary Radiographic Anatomy Tool (V-RAT) to help students learn radiographic anatomy of dogs, cats, horses and cows.
