MNOSHA added veterinary services to their Strategic Plan for the years of 2024-2028! As we all know, a MNOSHA inspection can cause anxiety, but a MNOSHA consultation may be the best way to alleviate those fears. This session will provide a basic overview of MNOSHA’s Strategic Plan, MNOSHA AWAIR Program, introduce you to the services that MNOSHA Workplace Safety Consultation can provide and make you aware of grant money that may be available for you to purchase safety related items.

Michelle Smith has worked in the safety and health field for over 20 years. She began her safety career working for a wood door manufacturer in Northeast Wisconsin, and then moved back to Minnesota to work for a quartz countertop manufacturer before joining MNOSHA’s Workplace Safety Consultation team as a Safety Consultant Principle. Michelle works with all types of employers and helps them improve safety and health culture and provide a safer working environment for their employees.
